Let me attempt to fix my previous mp3eme/calliope blunder by getting this back on track. Something's wrong with the "delete post" option in groups, or else I would fix it that way. Sorry, peepulz!
This is my lazy way of telling everybody who's still paying attention that I've come back to Vox. It's been a hard month, but for now I'll just listen to the calliope and chillax.
I feel like I post Rancid songs every ten minutes on here. It fits, though!
Totally cheating. I couldn't see the Calliope go down in flames just because there's no song with the number 37 in it. At least, none that I could find. I even did a little searching. I found a song called seven-thirty-seven by the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, but I couldn't find it anywheres. So, moving right along...
No time... must go to work...
I haven't had anything to say lately, but I like the direction of this Calliope enough to jar me out of my Vox lethargy. Here's a great song from the Schoolhouse Rock! Rocks compilation, and a bonus song that brings me back to the days that were responsible for the mild to moderate hearing loss I was diagnosed with yesterday. Anyhow.
Thank heavens y'all are back. It was getting a bit dusty in here. I am breaking my neurotic, self-imposed rule about posting songs without pictures because I think this song is worth it. Cee-lo is the bomb.
I fear our leadership has abandoned the calliope, leaving us cold, lonely, and frightened. Dave and Mook, are you listening? This isn't Against Me!'s greatest song, but something's got to go up here. I've been enjoying these guys lately.
This song is SO EIGHTIES. I have just started liking these guys. It took me a while to get over the David Byrne sounding vocals first, but I have successfully moved beyond that issue.
